Seitan Gyros
Gyros were never my favorite. I couldn’t stomach the fact that they are traditionally made with lamb. 🙁 So when John suggested Seitan Gyros, I didn’t have an excuse. Lucky for me they were delicious and super easy. This is probably one of our best and easiest recipes; you don’t even need a rotisserie; the marinade and browning perfectly flavor the seitan. The seitan itself is delicious! Please take some photos and share them with us on Instagram or Facebook @veginspired, #veginspiredfoodie and let us know what you think of these easy, vegan Seitan Gyros.
